Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded
  • 2+ tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp veg stock

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
